- First off, no one here likes being asked for “personal information”. That’s why we don’t ask for personal information unless it’s absolutely necessary, required by law, or needed to deliver you Content or Services.
- We take a ‘loose lips sink ships’ attitude here. No watercooler gossip at QuantSignal and we won’t go running our mouths about your business. Your information is confidential unless you say or give us permission to the contrary.
- We don’t like the “man” keeping any one down…but on the rare chance that we do get contacted by law enforcement or other government officials about your activities, we may have to, in good faith as a public servant (or because the gov puts it’s figurative boot on our neck and forces us) disclose your information to them. But they better come correct with a legit subpoena first.
- We’re here for YOU and all our other users or subscribers. In order for us to be the best version of ourselves that we can for you, at times we may use your information in part of whole or in aggregate for ongoing services or operations, or to help with developing better products, services or features, or to protect our rights (gotta look out for our own as well you know).

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy“) defines how QuantSignal (“QuantSignal“, “us“, “our“, and “we“), collect and use Aggregate, Anonymous, and Personal Information (as defined below), as well as describes the types of Personal Information we may collect from time to time about you, and how this information will be processed and used by Us. The goal of this Privacy Policy is to provide You with concise, transparent, and readily accessible information about how We process personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users or subscribers of QuantSignal, it Site, Services, apps, technology, browser extensions, indicators, or any other offer, and any other experiences or Content offered on, by or through QuantSignal, including but not limited to any such technology integrated on third-party partner websites, apps or other applications (“Partner Sites”). Who is QuantSignal? What Does QuantSignal Do?
QuantSignal is a subsidiary offering of QuantRadius, a data science company specializing in AI, swarm intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analysis, as well as the development of algorithms, indicators, and other technologies.
QuantSignal specializes in offering technology and alerts or signals related to futures and commodities market outcomes, focusing on specific financial instruments in order to develop strategies, alerts, setups, and other strategies aimed at extracting alpha from the market.
Website Visitors
Similar to the vast majority of websites online, our Site (www.QuantSignal.ai) and any subdomains or other sites we may offer, collect non-personally identifiable information that is made available to us by servers, browsers, or other means.
This non-personally identifiable information includes but is not limited to a bunch of boring stuff like the date and timestamp of each visitor request, referring web URLs, your language preferences, and browser type.
Why do we collect all that information?
Such data can be used to help provide a better experience for you and other users who may visit or interact with our Site, Services, or Content. - Information about You obtained from any third-party platform or source, including but not limited to data validation services or data enrichment providers, ad networks, marketing segmentation providers, social networking sites and more. (i) Use of Personal Information by QuantSignal and by Extension, its Parent Company QuantRadius:

Your California Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), residents of California have certain rights and options regarding their privacy, as well as the information sharing practices of other parties with respect to their Personal Information. These laws provide rights regarding the collection, processing, use, disclosure and data retention policies and practices of QuantSignal. For the purposes of this section, “Personal Information” is defined as such meaning granted in the CCPA, but does not include any information or data exempted from the scope of the CCPA.

From time to time we may release aggregated non-personally identifiable user and usage information, data and statistics to the public or to our affiliates or partners.
